Tierra de Ensueño Reposado is a Jalisco tequila made from Tequilana agave. NOM 1580 identifies this Southern Los Altos spirit. Stone ovens roast hearts before roller mill milling breaks them down. Open-air fermentation in stainless steel tanks uses proprietary yeast. A double distillation in copper and stainless stills follows. Bourbon barrels age this 42% abv liquid. Cooked agave and earth define the aroma profile. Bright citrus and tropical fruit notes emerge on the palate. Oak adds cinnamon, vanilla, and black pepper spice. Subtle dark chocolate hints round out the roasted sweetness. A medium body supports a soft, easy-drinking finish.
