Produced by Tierra de Ensueño from Tequilana agave in Jalisco, this spirit shows a hay hue. Moderate aromas of cooked agave and green apple lead to vanilla, cinnamon, and oak notes on the palate. Dry spice and creamy honey finishes balance the sweet caramelized agave character. While the barrel influence is distinct, it remains integrated without overpowering the earthy agave core.
