Stone brick ovens cook the piñas before screw mill extraction. Stainless steel tanks handle fermentation with deep well water sources. Light cooked agave aromas reveal herbal and minty notes on the nose. Vegetal flavors and mild nuttiness appear alongside a touch of pepper. Ethanol sweetness dominates the profile while faint agave character lingers in the finish. This straightforward spirit suits mixing rather than neat sipping due to minimal heat.
