900 Grados Blanco is a clear, unaged tequila from Jalisco. NOM 1633 oversees production in the Los Altos Southern region. Blue agave hearts undergo stone and brick oven cooking alongside autoclave processing. A screw mill extracts the juice before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Two distillations in a pot still with copper coil refine the spirit. The result is a clean and refreshing taste profile at 40% abv. Deep well water supports this straightforward expression of the agave plant. Transparency and crispness define its character without wood aging complexity. This spirit delivers a direct sensory impression of the raw ingredient.
