900 Grados Reposado is a 40% abv tequila from Jalisco’s Los Altos Southern region. Produced under NOM 1633, it utilizes Tequilana agave cooked in stone ovens and autoclaves. The spirit undergoes screw milling, stainless steel fermentation, and double distillation in pot stills with copper coils. Aging occurs in American White Oak barrels, yielding a clean profile with dried papaya and coconut notes. Subtle vanilla and light smoke complement the flavor, making it suitable for neat sipping or Palomas. This specific production method ensures distinct character in every bottle served to enthusiasts.
