Casa Noble Reposado (Medallion) is a triple-distilled tequila from Jalisco. Produced under NOM 1437, it uses Tequilana agave in Los Valles. Stone brick ovens cook the hearts before screw mill extraction. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks for ten days. French oak barrels impart thick wood notes and caramel sweetness. Herbal aromas layer with sweet cinnamon on the nose. Spicy black peppery finish lingers on the palate effectively. This spirit retains distinct agave character despite refined production methods and offers a balanced yet potent conclusion to each sip.

Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.
