Cazcanes No. 7 Añejo is a tequila from Jalisco’s Los Valles region, aged in used bourbon barrels. NOM 1614 production utilizes Tequilana agave cooked in an autoclave and milled via roller mill. Distillation occurs twice in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils, yielding a smooth profile. Aromas of vanilla, caramel, and butterscotch lead to a palate featuring cinnamon, oak, nutmeg, and pepper. The finish lingers with notes of macadamia nut and raisin, balancing sweet agave with rich oak spices. Natural spring water supports this 40 percent abv spirit, ensuring clarity in every pour.
