This specific bottle is number sixteen of sixty from a forty-five liter batch aged for four years in capon. The spirit presents bright aromas of tart fruit, tobacco, citrus, and minerals with a distinct lactic note. Flavors feature sour orange, tobaccos, and agave sweetness alongside a dry finish reminiscent of unsweetened yogurt. The high ABV is evident yet lacks harsh burn, offering a medium-long finish that balances sweet and tart candy-like qualities in every sip.

They are renowned among mezcaleros and mezcal aficionados for the amazing spirits that are meticulously made from the 15 different agave varietals that they have been collecting from their region for three generations.
