Charbay Blanco is a discontinued tequila produced in the highlands. It presents cooked agave and petrichor on the nose, with notes of caramelized sugar and red earth. The palate offers spearmint, minerality, and green fruits like apple or melon. A bitter finish with bell pepper heat contrasts with descriptions of a silky, clean texture. Floral hints of chamomile or carnation appear upon repeated nosing. The texture is light, with a finish that lingers with white pepper and spice. This spirit remains a distinctive effort from the same distillery as Ocho Tequila, offering a traditional blanco profile with notable minerality.

Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.
