Chawar Miske Blanco is a destilado de agave from the Andes, produced as a joven spirit. It utilizes starter sap from previous batches to enhance fermentation flavors. The clear liquid presents aromas of aloe vera, pine needle, mint, thyme, and light vanilla. Palate notes include anise, charcoal, peppermint, and peppercorn with a buttery-oily smoothness. It offers a light-medium full body and harmonious balance. The finish is pleasant and long, delivering a unique bittersweet profile with floral, grassy, herbal, and mineral undertones.

About the Brand
Chawar Andean Agave was founded by an American entrepreneur who has spent most of his adult life in Central America working in agriculture and forestry. He began to learn and work with indigenous communities high in the Andes who maintain an amazing relationship with their arid landscape and one plant in particular, andean agave.
