Chawar Miske Reposado is a Destilado de Agave made from 12 year old Americana agave. This spirit by Chawar Andean Agave rests in oak for two to twelve months. The process yields a light color while preserving the agave character. Distillation occurs in steel stills at 40 percent alcohol by volume. The label falls outside protected denominations yet follows traditional methods. This classification highlights authentic production techniques used by independent distillers. The result is a clear spirit with subtle oak influence.

Color: Crystalline, very bright, with slight cold flashes could be perceived such as silver, very faint bluish or cold light gray under certain lighting conditions. Clarity: Clean and transparent, without impurities or turbidity.
Olfactory Phase
Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.

Citrus and spicy taste profile, with defined flavors of mandarin, grapefruit and cinnamon, which provide a fresh and vibrant acidity. Sweet notes of pineapple are perceived and a sweetness reminiscent of caramel. Acidic flavors predominate, accompanied by a subtle sweetness. The alcoholic sensation is medium-low. The aftertaste shows an average persistence, dominated by citrus notes and fruity. Notes of pineapple, orange and lime are perceived. About the Brand
Chawar Andean Agave was founded by an American entrepreneur who has spent most of his adult life in Central America working in agriculture and forestry. He began to learn and work with indigenous communities high in the Andes who maintain an amazing relationship with their arid landscape and one plant in particular, andean agave.
