Cimarron Añejo (Square Bottle) is a Jalisco tequila made from Tequilana agave under NOM 1146. This expression features a yellow hue with aromas of light cooked agave and subtle sweetness. Citrus notes emerge alongside hints of orange peel and earthiness on the nose. The palate balances sweet, sour, and citrus elements while introducing black pepper spiciness. Vanilla flavors accompany the agave character leading to a finish marked by pepper heat and barrel spice that rounds out this Mexican spirit with distinct warmth.
