Cimarron Tequila Añejo Cristalino is an añejo tequila from Jalisco produced under NOM 1146. It uses Tequilana agave grown in Los Valles and undergoes autoclave cooking with roller mill milling. The spirit ferments in stainless steel tanks before being distilled twice in a column still. Aging occurs in used American White Oak barrels, followed by filtration to remove color and aromatic compounds. The resulting profile offers a thick mouthfeel with subtle vanilla notes, yet the finish remains sweet without distinct character.

Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.

The aftertaste shows an average persistence, dominated by citrus notes and fruity. Notes of pineapple, orange and lime are perceived.
