Cruz de Fuego Cirial
Cruz de Fuego Cirial is a Joven mezcal made from Karwinskii agave. The aroma presents hints of fermented fruits, acetone, cacao and sliced jalapeños yet lacks character. The palate is abrasive with bitter cocoa, pepper heat, ash, smoke and resin. It delivers a thin and drying mouthfeel with a lingering finish of smoke and chocolate. The spirit exhibits bright nail polish aromas and strong industrial chemical notes. This profile offers a hot and intense sensation that stands in contrast to the typical smoothness expected from this agave species.
