Curado Tequila Blanco (Blue Agave) is an infused spirit from Jalisco, Los Altos Southern. Produced by El Primer Curado De Don Tomas under NOM 1474, it steeped cooked agave in blanco for five days. This process yields a straw color with notes of roasted agave, cinnamon, and tree fruit. The palate offers buttery sweetness alongside prominent pepper and minerality. A medium finish brings light bitterness and white spice to this complex sipper that emphasizes raw agave character through distinct layered flavors.

Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.
