Don Fulano 10 Year Anniversary Limited Edition is a tequila classified as an añejo. This spirit originates from Jalisco in the Los Valles region under NOM 1146. It uses Agave tequilana Weber variedad azul cooked in an autoclave and milled by screw or roller mill. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with proprietary yeast before double distillation in copper pot and column stills. Aging happens in used French oak barrels and wine casks for at least one year. The result is a 40 percent abv spirit with deep color and pronounced barrel character from extended contact.
