Volcanic water from Jalisco supports this profile created in cement tanks. The nose shows cooked agave, oak, cinnamon, and green apple notes. Sweet agave leads the palate with golden raisin, peach, and baking spices. A thin body yields a creamy finish with light spice and vanilla warmth that lingers pleasantly on the tongue.
