Fiesta Cancun Tequila Reposado is a 100% agave spirit from Jalisco, produced under NOM 1633. It features Agave Tequilana cooked in stone ovens and milled by roller mill. The spirit ages in American White Oak barrels, yielding a very light yellow hue. Aromas of cooked agave and anise lead to subtle sweet and sour flavors on the palate. Oak influence adds char, vanilla, and caramel notes while earthy undertones persist through a medium finish. This clean profile includes light black pepper and slight soapy retronasal notes that define its character.
