General Gorostieta Blanco High Proof is a 104 proof tequila from Arandas, Jalisco. It uses eight-year estate agaves harvested at 45 Brix. The spirit is slow-cooked in stone ovens and crushed by a mechanical tahona. It ferments with wild yeasts before double distillation in copper stills. The nose offers sweet cooked agave, black pepper, and citrus zest. Mineral notes from deep well water ground the profile. The palate delivers sharp spice and creamy sweetness. A long finish lingers with heat and savory brine.
