Tequila General Gorostieta Joven is a 40% abv blend of blanco and reposado from Jalisco. Produced under NOM 1579, it uses Tequilana agave cooked in stone ovens. The spirit ferments with classical music and champagne yeast before double distillation in copper pots. American white oak barrels impart vanilla, cinnamon, and honey notes to the profile. A buttery mouthfeel supports flavors of orchard fruit, white pepper, and almond on the finish. Deep well water contributes to its clean elegance while used barrels add subtle earthy tones that balance the sweet agave character.
