Lalocura Cuishe-Espadin is a destilado de agave ensamble from Agave Mixtape. Eduardo "Lalo" Angeles produces this blend in Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca. The spirit combines angustifolia and rhodacantha agaves aged thirteen to sixteen years. Hand-milled piñas ferment in clay pots for a distinct profile. Green apple and kumquats lead the aromatic nose alongside earthy sage. Palate notes include vanilla, cinnamon, and dried apricots with sweet bakery elements. A finish of pecans and rye bread lingers with gentle heat. The 47.7 percent alcohol by volume provides a clean yet engaging sip. This release balances fruitiness with distinct mineral undertones effectively.
