It combines fifty-five percent Angustifolia with forty-five percent Karwinskii agave. The nose offers sweet plantains, fresh rain, and cooked agave with hints of cinnamon. Soft textures on the palate evoke baked sweet breads, banana, and oak spice. Low smoke notes allow juicy fruit and custardy sweetness to dominate the profile. The finish remains long with spicy undertones, creating a balanced spirit that showcases distinct regional character.
