Hand-milled agave ferments and distills in a clay pot to create this unique capón. The profile offers butter, aloe vera, and clay minerality with light smoke. Roasted agave aromas lead to peppery green notes on the palate. Creamy lactic finishes balance sweet caramel tones and savory chicken fat nuances while adding depth to the overall character.
