Luneta Alto, Elias Garcia Soto is a Joven Destilado de Agave by Lucero. This spirit uses Inaequidens agave from Real de Otzumatlan, Michoacán. Elias Garcia Soto mills the hearts by hand and distills them in Filipino stills. The nose offers cream cheese, brown sugar, all spice, butter cake, and cedarwood. Pine, rock sugar, spearmint, and tropical fruit define the palate with light acidity. Heat emerges mid-palate while the finish remains long, bittersweet, and slightly dry at 52% ABV. The vibrant character delivers rich sweetness that transitions into tannic dryness on the finish.
