Luneta Verde / Chino, Navarro is a joven agave spirit from San Luis Potosi. This production features tepextate and pulque fermentation, yielding a profile marked by fresh green jalapeno and clay. The nose presents notes of wet salamander, parmesan cheese, and sugar in the raw. On the palate, roasted candied jalapeno and salty caramel emerge alongside hints of green apple. The finish carries a slight brine, creating a balanced herbaceous character that avoids sour funk. It stands as a distinct expression of its region and species.
