Luneta Cimarron – Rodriguez
Luneta Cimarron Rodriguez is a Joven Destilado de Agave from batch 05/25. This spirit presents dark, brooding aromas of wet leaves, ozone, black moss, and whole leaf chewing tobacco alongside mahogany. The palate delivers deep notes of black soil, brisket, cured meats, and tar with a viscous texture. A long finish offers pleasantly bitter wet sand and ozone that transitions into a sweet palo santo lift. Rawhide fermentation contributes an acquired musk reminiscent of bay rum and cigars, creating a complex profile with dusty green tobacco and allspice notes.
