Macheé Amarillo
Macheé Amarillo is a joven destilado de agave from Miahuatlan. The nose presents tobacco, roasted agave, cedar, and driftwood with sharp cucumber notes. Palate flavors include karwinskii agave, pine sap, charred barrel, and spiced vegetables. Earthy elements like cacao and cinnamon emerge alongside bitter arugula and radish tones. The spirit delivers significant heat and spice that lingers on the finish. It balances sweet woody characteristics with green vegetable notes, creating a bold profile that evolves throughout the pour for a clean and full tasting result.
