NETA Bicuixe, Jorge Vásquez Aquino is a Joven Destilado de Agave from San Luis Amatlan, Oaxaca. Produced by Jorge Vásquez Aquino for Agave Mixtape, this spirit uses wild Karwinskii agave. Hand-milled and distilled in copper, it reaches 47.6% ABV. Aromas of mint and honeydew melon lead to a creamy, buttery texture. Palate notes include caramelized apple and bell pepper with saline hints. Sweet frosting balances savory celery and roasted green vegetables. A dry finish brings warm, numbing peppermint heat that subsides quickly.
