Hand-milled and distilled in copper stills, the profile features floral notes of fresh flowers, lavender, and honey. Palate sensations include vegetal red pepper, zesty citrus, cherry cola, and raw sugar. Mineral undertones provide a sweet finish that varies from dry to warm with lingering minerality and subtle heat. The 48.2% ABV supports the intense earthy depth found in this specific lot from Oaxaca.
