NETA Tepextate, Heriberto García Sánchez is a Joven Destilado de Agave from Miahuatlán, Oaxaca. This spirit uses Marmorata agave milled by hand and distilled in copper vessels. The nose reveals minerality, earthy tones, raw green bell peppers, and light mango notes. On the palate, it offers a medium oily mouthfeel with strong mineral notes and chalkiness. Red berries and rainwater freshness accompany lingering fruit sweetness on the long finish. Black pepper and additional bell pepper pops provide warmth at the end of this distinct expression.

Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.

Sweet notes of pineapple are perceived and a sweetness reminiscent of caramel. Acidic flavors predominate, accompanied by a subtle sweetness. The alcoholic sensation is medium-low. The aftertaste shows an average persistence, dominated by citrus notes and fruity. Notes of pineapple, orange and lime are perceived.
