Ocho Tequila Añejo - Cask Finish - Plantation Barbados is a 100% Tequilana agave spirit from Jalisco. Produced by Tequila Ocho under NOM 1474, it ages in French oak rum barrels. The nose offers dried apricot and citron with light oak spice. Palate notes include cantaloupe, grilled pineapple, and brown sugar. A touch of pepper heat lingers with sweet cooked agave and woody tannins on the finish. This cask finished expression balances herbal undertones with rum-derived sweetness for a unique profile.
