Aging occurs in bourbon barrels to create a sweet profile. Caramel and vanilla notes dominate the palate significantly. Agave character remains muted beneath these sugary elements. Additives contribute to its artificial sweetness and smooth mouthfeel. NOM 1466 marks this production in Jalisco clearly. The result prioritizes barrel flavors over botanical expression.
