The profile features cooked agave, vanilla, and oak with notes of cinnamon, black pepper, and honey. Aromatic elements include baking spices, apple cider, and wet soil. The palate offers mild butteriness and a sweet honey mouthfeel alongside vegetal hints. Lactic funk appears in some batches, while others find it smooth and balanced. The finish ranges from short to medium, often leaving a warm sensation on the tongue.
