The profile includes dried cherries, green banana, anise, and baking spices like cinnamon. A peppery heat and subtle salinity accompany a creamy mouthfeel throughout the palate. The finish reveals bitter notes and lingering spice, balancing the sweet rum barrel influence with distinct agave character.
