Tequila Plata Real 1519 is a blanco tequila from the Los Valles region of Jalisco. This spirit bears NOM 1577 and utilizes Agave tequilana Weber variedad azul. The brand ferments the cooked agave in stainless steel tanks for ten days. Two distillations refine the clear liquid before bottling at 40% abv. The Los Valles terroir imparts distinct mineral notes to the profile. Agave tequilana provides a sharp vegetal character in every sip. It undergoes double distillation to ensure purity and clarity. The label reflects traditional production methods in the heart of Mexico.
