Lemon zest and vegetal characteristics appear alongside hints of mint and pepper. The palate delivers sweet baking spices, allspice, and a silky mouthfeel with lingering warmth. This spirit balances herbal brightness with earthy depth in the Los Valles region. Distillation occurs twice in copper pot stills to ensure clarity and character. Natural spring water supports the fermentation process within stainless steel tanks.
