Stone oven cooking meets autoclave processing for this distinct profile. Tahona milling and copper pot distillation shape its character further. Sherry cask aging imparts unique notes to this 40 percent abv spirit. Natural spring water supports fermentation in stainless steel tanks with champagne yeast. The double distillation ensures a clean finish while preserving the agave’s natural sweetness and depth.
