The profile highlights cooked agave alongside prominent notes of green apple, cinnamon, and black pepper. A light oiliness supports a crisp acidity that recalls white wine or cider. The finish remains clean, sweet yet peppery, with lingering oak and spice. This expression balances bright fruit flavors with the earthy depth of Weber blue agave, creating a distinct and refreshing spirit.
