Fanekantsini is an agave destilado brand from the mezcal cooperative Tres Colibri, which is headed by Maestra Mezcalera Sosima Olvera Aguilar in the Sierra Sur of Oaxaca. This collective allows mezcal producers to share equipment and resources in order to produce high quality agave spirits at a low barrier to entry for the producer.
