9 Guardianes Comiteco Blanco is a Chiapas spirit made from Atrovirens agave. This Aged in Glass expression rests in demijohns to preserve its natural character. The extended aging process allows the liquid to settle without introducing oak influences. Such a method highlights the distinct qualities of the Atrovirens plant directly. The result is a clear spirit that reflects its specific regional origin. This bottle carries an ABV of 42 percent for a balanced profile. The transparent liquid showcases the pure flavor of the agave variety used in production.
