Produced at Hacienda El Olvido in Jesus Maria under NOM 1580, the spirit undergoes slow cooking in stone ovens and double distillation in copper pots. The nose offers notes of anise, citrus zest, and mineral undertones. On the palate, sweet creaminess blends with vegetal pepperiness and hints of lime. The finish lingers with cinnamon, honey, and white pepper. While some note its approachability for cocktails, others find the nose lacking complexity compared to the robust palate.
