Burrito Fiestero Cenizo (Ancestral)

Durango

Burrito Fiestero Cenizo (Ancestral) is a Joven mezcal from San Nicolas, Durango. Juan Manuel Conde produces this spirit using Durangensis agave aged fourteen to sixteen years. The process involves hand milling and distillation in a Duranguense still under NOM-O316X. This expression captures the raw character of the agave without wood contact. 2% reflects its unaged nature and traditional production methods in Oaxaca’s neighboring state, offering a distinct profile. Each bottle showcases the unique terroir of Durango through careful selection and precise execution by the producer.
