Burrito Fiestero Igok

Durango

Burrito Fiestero Igok is a Joven mezcal. Juan Manuel Conde produces this spirit in San Nicolas, Durango. He uses hand-milled Agave Americana for the base. The distillation occurs in a Duranguense still under NOM-O316X standards. This unaged expression retains the raw character of the agave plant. It presents a clear liquid at fifty percent alcohol by volume. The process honors traditional methods while adhering to strict regional regulations. Each bottle reflects the specific terroir of its Durango origin. The result is a direct and authentic representation of the craft.
