Burrito Fiestero Ensamble – Salmiana & Cenizo

Durango

Burrito Fiestero Ensamble, Salmiana & Cenizo is a Joven mezcal from Durango, bottled at 46 percent ABV under NOM-0316X. This blend combines Salmiana and Cenizo agaves to create a profile marked by green pepper, vegetal notes, and sweet grape candy aromas. The palate offers creamy textures with hints of lemon zest, light smoke, and spicy jalapeno. It remains smooth with minimal heat, balancing the bright acidity of Salmiana against the softer fruitiness of Cenizo.
