Cabal Blanco (NOM 1480) is a tequila from Jalisco. This spirit uses Tequilana agave grown in Los Valles. NOM 1646 marks its production origin clearly. Stone ovens cook the hearts before roller milling. Stainless steel tanks handle fermentation without fibers. Two distillations in copper coil stills refine it. Cooked agave and green vegetal notes define the aroma. Sweet vanilla and citrus zest appear on the nose. Soft oily mouthfeel carries buttery agave flavors forward. Bright citrus and distinct brine mark the palate. A mineral quality emerges before a peppery finish. This straightforward spirit balances sweetness with vegetal sharpness.
