Tequila Cabal Blanco is a 100% Tequilana agave spirit from Jalisco. Produced under NOM 1646 in Los Valles, it uses stone ovens and roller mills. Stainless steel tanks facilitate open-air fermentation with proprietary yeast. The distillation occurs in copper and stainless steel pots using deep well water. Aromas of brine, wet stone, and green herbs emerge alongside citrus. The palate delivers cooked agave sweetness balanced by salinity and mint. Ethanol presence is moderate yet noticeable throughout the drinking process. The finish lingers with spicy heat and faint fruitiness on the tongue.
