This spirit presents a super vegetal profile defined by distinct pine spice notes on the nose and palate. The finish remains quick and brief, lacking the lingering warmth expected from a bottle marked at 51.5 percent alcohol by volume. It stands as a straightforward expression of its region and variety without added complexity or heavy oak influence.
