Autoclave cooking and roller mill milling yield aromas of cooked agave, wet cement minerals, and bright citrus. The palate reveals sweet agave notes alongside green apple, black pepper, and a hint of mint. Stainless steel fermentation and double distillation create a creamy mouthfeel that contrasts with a lingering vegetal finish. This spirit offers easy-going character suitable for casual sipping or mixing cocktails without harsh alcohol presence.
