The light straw hue reveals aromas of cooked agave, oak, and minerality. Palate notes include caramel, vanilla, black pepper, and herbal citrus tangs. A medium viscosity supports a finish balancing fading agave with light warmth. Autoclave cooking and roller mill milling define its production method. Stainless steel tanks facilitate fermentation without fibers for a clean profile. Two distillations in pot stills ensure consistency and clarity throughout the process.
