Produced in Jalisco using Tequilana agave, this spirit undergoes autoclave cooking and roller mill milling. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks before double distillation in pot stills. Aging in used wine casks yields a profile dominated by sweet oak influence on the palate, creating a neutral nose. The aroma lacks distinct agave character, resembling bourbon more than traditional spirits while maintaining its extra añejo status through extended maturation.
